These apartments are beautiful on the outside, but inside a whole different story. The management/manager is an idiot! They don't return calls, and they are always having some "problem" that is more important that yours. The biggest pain is that they designed this community to have a cable, internet, and phone system that is controlled by one company. They can charge what they want and you have no choice for another company like bellsouth or anyone else. What a crock!! good luck when you have a problem with "that" company. I agree with the other poster, just call it "Marcus Pointe Grande Retirement Community" !
