What a difference a new management company makes! I have been living at Marcus Pointe for more than a year and the previous office staff was a complete nightmare!!! They were rude and snobby as well as never being avaible to residents, for anything. The new office staff- Libby, Jody, Ashley and Roger are like a ray of sunshine! I had several maintenance issues that I had been waiting to be corrected and literally the first week they took over the property ALL of my issues have been fixed. Also, the old staff never did anything to go out of their way for their residents. Meanwhile,the new staff has been holding parties, so we can meet our neighbors, coming in and changing my A/C filters monthly. Now they are even offering housekeeping services. I work 60 hours a week, can I say how great this services is'!! The prviuos company signed a 10 year contract with our cable provider and they did not care if the services worked or not, the new staff has been collecting letters from all of us to force the company to provide better service. The landscaping has been changed and looks so much better! EVERYTHING HAS IMPOROVED 100% THANK HEAVEN FOR THE NEW STAFF!!!

How do residents know about contracts signed by a previous company?? This is obviously a desperate attempt by the STAFF to flatter themselves!! Come on, that "ray of sunshine" thing...... are they kidding??

Residents would know about the contracts becuase we communicate with the office when we have an issue. It's called asking questions dumbass!
