I have lived here for more than a year, I have just renewed and now the manager is giving me a month worth of free housekeeping as a thank you gift! I can not think of a better way to show appreciation for your tenants. Thank you Marcus Pointe Management!!!!

so one month of $ 40.00 housekeeping made up for the $70.00 a month rent increase? You work fot the apartment, just admit it.

Well I have lived there for almost two years and I didn't get anything as a thank-you for renew of a lease!, and I renewed the sametime or a little before your post.
