I thought the old management was terrible. The new management does nothing but raise rent, charge fees that are not included in the contract, and all the while does not listen or even act interested in anything you have to say. The on site manager who enforces the rules has the audacity to get other staff members to explain everything and they end up getting cussed out when there is a problem. The supposed 'security gates' never work. If you live upstairs, prepare to get fussed at by the folks downstairs for just walking around. If you are a downstairs resident. I'm sorry, all I was doing was walking around. These places are very cheaply built. And don't a picture of a fireplace fool you. It is a cheesy insert that is nothing more than a light show. I was the first to live in my apartment and nothing was clean moving in. We moved out with the place spotless and still didn't get a security deposit back due to things that weren't even in our contract. Dont trust anything you sign. I'm about to report them to the Better Business Bureau right now. This place was horrible. Dont let the pretty outside or pictures fool you. The only thing nice about this place is the clubhouse. Again, management sucks, sucks, sucks. They are not friendly at all. Ashley, who answers all the questions is put in a terrible position. Be nice to her. Forget about talking to anyone else because you'll never get a reply. And Ashley can't doing anything about it except tell you basically that management says so.
