I made out application and paid all fees and deposits.Found Apartment on the other side of Pensacola closer to my job location.I contacted management to cancel my apartment and was told I would only receive part of my Deposit if the apartment could be rented. I never signed a lease and canceled two weeks before my move in date. I called several times and left messages for a return of Deposit and received nothing.Goodby $600.oo and Goodby Marcus Pointless.Thank God I didn't move in there
