I have lived here for some time and the place looks totally beautiful from the outside. With the placed furnished you can hardly notice the obvious poor craftmanship of these apartments... I don't know about everyone else's but when I first got here, I could not believe that a brand new construction could lookso hiddeous! I have to agree with previous posts about cabinets being uneven, doors not flused or missing hinges''' As we speak, the cabinets in the kitchen and computer nook are slowly but surely detaching themselves from the wall. They don't want to be here either. As for my front door it does not fit properly. Have had it adjusted several times with this caulk. Can we say ghetto''' I finally had to tell the maintenance guy that is enough maybe a new door needs to be put in''' You can hear you neighbors talking. Do they install insulation in apartments in Pcola' Is it against some sort of code'

The cable is a joke, I think you get like 70 channel of their selection...not yours. The internet (has anyone heard of COMOne) we are forced to have is...is...can't think of a word. The phone hmmmmmm have you looked at your bill lately' $15 in taxes alone.

On the upside, since having new management I guess the place seems more tolerable. They are friendly to a point. I do have to mention on the occasion I went their they seemed a little annoyed that they had help but they could have been having a bad day. Believe me they are much better than the old crew! They try to boost the morale however I've never been to any of the functions to see the turn-out.

Bottom line, place is a little to pricey if you ask me.

Why are the mailboxes put in directly behind the gate' I can't tell you how much of a dread is it is trying to get mail as soon as you enter with incoming and outgoing traffic.
