The cable company COMM ONE, (850-858-0058) that we are FORCED to use is horrible!!! The Net is at a 1.5 meg download rate but cost over $40. Cox Cable only charges $27. I have lost connection at least once a month every month. I just lost it twice in three days. There is NO HDtv. There channels freeze the picture and then it have taken weeks to get it fixed. I had lost Net connection and it took them over 24 hours just to call, it was another day before anything got fixed. The people you talk to at Comm One are rude and don't know a thing about the product they are selling. The Rental management is collecting hate mail of this company "Comm One" One of the people sent a 6 page letter of problems. Oh, by the way we also have to use them for our home phone services too. I am in the Air Force and have passed it up to my bosses that this complex is not up to proper standards and that it should be on a do not rent here list. There are better places around and you don't have to put up with this company
