Great Place to Live

Granted I have only been living in the Marcus Pointe Grande Apartments for 3 days, but I have done my research and have lived many other places. If you have any idea of the quality of the houses back in the Marcus Pointe subdivision, the units are in essence "smaller" versions of that caliber of home. The layouts of the units themselves are exceptional. They are well built, as far as energy efficiency and user friendliness.
The only problems I have with the complex on the whole are that the roads within the complex are a bit tiny for larger trucks/ vehicles (such as moving trucks) and there are many dips and inclines in the road that if you're not prepared for could potentially put you into somebody's car and/or unit. Easily remedied if you just drive safely.
Something that the apartment complex itself can't be held accountable for is that if you are a younger tenant you tend to get picked on by certain employee tenants that have the power to reprimand you and make your stay there quite unpleasant.
One of my neighbors just so happened to live above one of these employee tenants; the significant other of the employee complained about ridiculous little noises that can not be avoided by a second story tenant. Apparently my neighbor was not allowed to renew his lease. If you can help it, try and stay as far away from the employee s units. They will make your life a living hell if you breathe wrong.
Overall, this complex is by far the best place I ve ever lived, if annoyingly self-entitled employees and their significant others are not taken into account. While on duty, the employee s are very helpful and lenient, just steer clear of some of them when they re off duty.
