good...dont call the front office though!!

I have lived here for about 5 months. I love the apartment overall. We get lots of compliments when we have guest over. Neighbors are great! Walls are very thin...i can hear my neighbors all around me...talking, walking, closing of doors, tv, water running, dishwasher etc...just about everything! I think that is just an apartment thing. The Tile in the kitchen, bathrooms entry is UGLY UGLY UGLY! There are orange spots EVERWHERE. Looks like an elementary cafeteria floor. They told me when i first moved in that it was from bleach...they told my neighbor it was glue coming up from under it...which to believe..not the bleach part. i accidently spilled straight bleach on the floor and it didnt do anything! I asked for an exterminator to come...Im a stay at home mom and noone showed up! I called the office a few days later and she said...yes they did they even came and got the key. So i told her that i was a stay at home mom and didnt go anywhere all day long and she said..."OH" There are silverfish bugs EVERYWHERE!!! Millions all the time. I asked for an exterminator but i cant trust they came cause i was out of town. Office personnel changed like 3 times since i have lived here. Including management. The front office is quick to snap at you and get defensive AFTER you move in. When your looking the are sweet, nice, caring, everything you want to look for. But once you sign the lease...they act like you owe them something and your dumb for taking their time. i love the apartment its self..just not the front office! Great and very well priced for the SQF...but talking to neightbors..we all have very different rent amounts..dont know what thats about...one person pays 50 extra for w/d the other pays 25..one pays 1080 for rent the other pays 879...maybe it depends on your income'! oh and the gates have worked 1 week in the 5 motnhs i have been here.
