I AGREE! LOOKS ARE DECEIVING NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

OK WHERE DO I START' I FOUND THIS APARTMENT ONLINE...WE ARE A MILITARY FAMILY AND IT WAS SHORT NOTICE SO I HAD TO FIND SOMETHING QUICK!EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THE HIGH END OF OUR PRICE RANGE FROM THE PICTURES IT LOOKED REALLY NICE!!!EVEN WHEN WE PULLED UP I WAS SOMEWHAT RELIEVED BECAUSE IT IS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE, HOWEVER I WAS PRETTY DISAPPOINTED WHEN WE GOT INTO OUR APARTMENT....THE CARPET IS REALLY REALLY CHEAP!THE MANAGEMENT EVEN MAKES YOU SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING IT WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WHEN YOU LEAVE WHICH IS 100 FOR A 2BD2BA WITH NO PETS...AND I SEE WHY BECAUSE ON AVERAGE I VACUME 3 TIMES A WEEK SOMETIMES MORE BC I HAVE A YOUNG CHILD...AND EVEN AFTER ALL THAT AND 50 BUCKS WORTH OF CARPET CLEANING SPRAYS YOU CANT KEEP THE CARPET CLEANED!!!!!...IT IS JUST CHEAP AND RIPS IN SOME PLACES WHERE IT WASNT CONNECTED TOO GOOD!I HAD THOUGHT WHEN WE FIRST MOVED THAT THE LANDSCAPING WASNT THAT GREAT BC IT WAS OCTOBER SO MAYBE THEY WORK IN THE SPRING/SUMMER TIME....WRONG!!!THEY WILL MOW AND YOU ARE LUCKY IF THEY BLOW IT ALL OFF AND YOU WONT HAVE TO SWEEP YOUR PATIO OFF ONCE THEY ARE DONE!WHEN I SAY THEY MOW THATS BC THATS ALL THEY DO...OTHER THAN THE ENTRANCE AND THE POOL THATS THE ONLY LANDSCAPING YOU WILL SEE!!!!THERE ARE ROCKS THEY HAVE PUT OUT EVERYWHERE SO IF YOU HAVE A SMALL CHILD BE CAREFUL!AT ONE POINT MY DAUGHTER ACTUALLY TRIPPED ON THE STAIRCASE AND THERE WAS A STRING THAT CAME UP!WHEN I PULLED AT IT, IT WAS SOME SORT OF MATERIAL UNDER THE DIRT!IT WAS 8 WELCOME MATS MAINTENANCE PLACED AT THE END OF THE STAIRCASE TO EVEN OUT THE GROUND!...(PIC IS THERE SO YOU CAN PICTURE IT!)BOTH MY NEIGHBOR AND I CALLED ABOUT IT AND A MONTH LATER THE WELCOME MATS WERE STILL THERE!AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM SO WHEN IT RAINS WE WOULD HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE WET PUDDLE FILLED GROUND!THE TILE IS HIDEOUS!YOU WOULD THINK FOR 920 A MONTH THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO INVEST IN BETTER QUALITY MATERIALS!BETWEEN CHEAP CARPET, CRAPPY TILE AND CHEAP CABINETS THAT IF YOU FILL THEM TOO MUCH THEY WILL BREAK!...JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY!..THERE IS A DISCOLORATION IN MANY OF THE TILES..WHEN ASKED IT WAS THE GLUE COMING UP!'!..UGH FIX IT'..THE WALLS ARE PRETTY THIN!!I HEAR EVERY MOVE MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS MAKE!THERE ARE EVEN SOME ARGUMENTS I HAVE HEARED EVERY SINGLE WORD!(COLORFUL LANGUAGE!) AND APPARENTLY THEY DONT HAVE INCOME REQUIREMENTS BC THEY ARE ON FOOD STAMPS AND NEITHER ONE HAS A CAR AND ARE CONSTANTLY ASKING US FOR MONEY OR RIDES!IS THERE ANYTHING THE APARTMENT COMPLEX CAN DO'...HAVE BETTER STANDARDS'...I GUESS 1 INCOME AND JAIL TIME DOESNT MATTER TO THEM!'!...OVERALL IF I COULD HAVE THE SAME APARTMENT WITH THE SAME ISSUES FOR 720 INSTEAD, THEN IT WOULD BE WORTH IT...BUT RIGHT NOW...ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY..YOU WOULD THINK WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY ARE MAKING OFF OF THE RESIDENTS HERE IT WOULD BE WORTH IT..OTHER NOTES: SINCE WE HAVE BEEN HERE THERE WAS 1 MONTH WHERE THE "SECURITY" GATE WORKEDTHERE IS NO LIGHT OUTSIDE THE FITNESS ROOMTHE PAINT ON THE WALL IS CHEAP AS WELL SO YOU WILL HAVE TO RE PAINT WHEN YOU LEAVE OR INVEST IN THE MAJGIC ERASER PADS!WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO CLEAN THE APARTMENT TOP TO BOTTOM THEN HAVE A FINAL WALK THROUGH (EXPECTED!) BUT THEN WILL BE CHARGED 30 AN HOUR FOR CLEANING AND IT WILL BE 2 HOURS!'!..WHAT'..SO WHY AM I CLEANING'...SO DONT EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!BETWEEN THE MANDATORY CARPET CLEANING AND CLEANING FEES THATS THE WHOLE SECURITY DEPOSIT!MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN A YEAR!SO GOOD LUCK!TO ME ITS A WIN WIN FOR THEM...THEY USED CHEAP MATERIALS TO MAKE A HIGH END APARTMENT COMPLEX CHARGED HIGH RATES THEN CHARGE YOU AGIAN TO CLEAN THE CHEAP MATERIALS WHEN YOU LEAVE...SO I WANNA KNOW WHERE DID MY MONEY GO'...BECAUSE IT SURLY WASNT INVESTED INTO THE QUALITY OF MY APARTMENT....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY..RENT A HOUSE!
