Problems
1. Snakes, not that there are snake, they are the bad snakes Copperheads and Cottonmouths.
2. Watch for the changing rules, i.e. we can enter your apartment anytime...
3. You pay for everything, when you leave you will be change for everything that will be done to the apartment, carpet cleaning, painting, cleaning, etc.; even if you did it yourself
4. People that do not live there uses the pool, washroom, full-up trash dumpsters, go fishing, etc.
5. Not a safe area, check the crime maps.
