Like the other complaints, the staff is unfriendly and is basically useless in my opinion. My lease had been expired for about 4 months and no one ever contacted us to ask about renewing. The only time anyone from the office staff would contact you is if they found something they disliked. The maintenance staff consist of one guy, at least that is all I saw while living there. This guy was an all around idiot. Power kept going on and off in the apartment. After a complete weekend with no power, the maintenance guy came in and kept telling us it was a problem with our air conditioning. He would stand at the circuit breaker and turn it on and off. He then told us he needed a part and would be back later. We finally threatened the office staff to take some action an they hired a professional electrician who came in and found that a wire to the main breaker outside was short circuiting and was burning a hole in the wiring outside. The entire building was about to go up in flames and we got nothing from the office staff. Take my words, DO NOT LIVE THERE!!!!
