We lived at Meadowrunn for 1.5 years.
The first part wasn't so bad --took 4 months to get the diswasher replaced..
Jenna is tough,but you have to know how to handle her.
However,
Before Ivan,we asked if we could board our balcony door. We were scoffed at and informed "no,,it would damage the siding"!!!! Most of you know what happened to the siding after the storm,being that tornados went thru the courtyard!
After Ivan..we stayed in the apartment for the storm,as did most of our neighbors in the same building. We heard the roof lifting off and the ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom buckled.
The water poured down the walls and flooded the neighbors downstairs!
Jenna informed us that they would replace the ceilings but the walls (and the mold) was going to be painted over!
We decided that was enough,already both had upper respiratory infections from the mold,and moved. We were infromed that we could "break the lease" if we were all so unhappy!!
Jenna also threatened,after 7 days no electricity and the power came back on, to "turn the power off herself,as we were all so ungrateful!!" apparently when the lights came on people REALLY started complaining!
The husband went back to the apt a month aftr moving out .. he was visiting the neighbors .. and in fact ALL they did was paint over the water damage!!
I felt sorry for the next resident!!

The Mitchell Company is terrible. They are the company responsible for Meadowrun. In fact, they used to have Marcus Pointe, but that has changed...lucky folks at Marcus Point! Anybody looking at Meadowrun would be well advised to STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE...unless you have the patience of a saint, and won't be home to breathe the mold and mildew in!
