Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
First of all, I have rented many apartments, in 4 different states. Today I did an end of lease walk-thru with Jena Lewis, I have never been talked to the way she talked to me, I can image she does this with everyone. The apt had mold on the baseboards and stains on the carpet when my niece moved in last July. She actually threatened me with charging for carpet replacement.She wiped drawers and the oven door with her fingers and said they felt greasy, I told her to keep the $100 deposit and pay someone to clean it properly. I will never recommend this complex or anything managed by Mitchell Co.
Oh, by the way, Jena's hair is black now.
