My husband lived there for 5 years, and I lived there with him the last 2 of those after we got married. I had a good experience there. They were quick to respond and fix any issues that I brought up. The damage was fixed promptly after Ivan, including electricity restored and mold removal. I wished that they would replace the carpet for free, since it was old, but they wanted to charge-- which I can understand because of the hassle since we were already moved in. I see that others didn't like the management, but I had no problem with them. I found them to be very polite and accomodating. The neighbors left something to be desired, but they were dealt with when I complained. However, we didn't get our deposit back, which I didn't really appreciate-- because we'd made a few repairs on our own dime.

It wasn't brand-new or perfect, but I found it very nice, and the location was awesome.
