I had multiple issues with my apartment ranging from mold to roaches to noisy neighbors, and I would put up with all of those again just as long as I NEVER DEAL WITH THE MITCHELL COMPANY AGAIN!!! The manager is bi-polar and when I finally got fed up and went to her manager the word bi--h comes to mind. What ever you do, run as far away from any property these people manage as you can.I paid to clean my carpets,had a cleaning company clean my apartment and had very few marks on the walls, yet These people did not give me back my deposit, and won't no matter what your apartment looks like when you leave, so don't believe that any thing you notate on your move in form is going to matter. The roaches have better personalities.
