Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
I am a single person, age 34, female and live alone. I have lived at Meadowrun almost 5 years. Meadowrun was the only apartment complex after Hurricane Ivan that had all new roofs on by December(that was only 2 months after Ivan). I was told by management I had to move out to get a mold problem taken care of so as not to cause me possible harm. I was offered my full deposit back and the rest of my September rent I had paid if I chose to give up my apartment. I moved back into my same apartment 2 months later completely restored and beautiful. I was given credit on December rent left from September I had paid prior to Ivan. A professional contractor was hired to do the restorations on my apartment. I saw their trucks that had "restoration" written on the side at Meadowrun several different times when I would stop by to check my mail. If any one living here had any kind of mold in their apartment(if it was truly mold) I can assure you it was not reported to management. Oh yes, and by the way, there wasn't any damage after Hurricane Dennis. I know I was here in my apartment.
I feel very sorry for all these people that feel they have to trash management. They must really have some personal problems in their lives or moved out owing money or some other issues. Very Happy To Call Meadowrun Home
