I lived here 2 years. The rent is outrageous for the size and quality of the apartments. The manager, Jenna, is a nut case who does not listen to your needs or suggestions. If you have problem and need maintenence, forget about it. We had several things that needed fixing, such as vents that did not work, a refrigerator that did not make ice and other various problems that we had to fix ourselves after several unanswered calls to maintenence. We lived there through Hurricane Ivan. True, we did get a new roof before just about anyone else in the city, but I think the public officials are scared of Jenna. We still had a wall covered in mold in our outside storage closet that did not lock (on the bottom level) when we moved out. Oh, and if you plan on having any packages delivered while you are out, just make sure the maintenence men don't walk by your apartment often...the package will not be there when you get home. If you must live there, just make yourself un-noticable, and try and have some handyman skills. AND AVOID JENNA!!!!!
