Trust me, you'd rather have the chronic back pains and risk of being awaken by a horny ax murderer in the middle of the night than pay ANYTHING to live in ANYTHING these people have to offer. I figured that for a $500 place, these were fair. I'd rather live in a homeless shelter.

Upon moving in, the refridgerator here looked like something off a B rated horror movie. They made NO effort to clean this at all. I swear to god i'll send pictures or follow up with a URL, but they even painted the bases of the walls, and blasted paint all over the floor! When i moved in, they just left it there. I now have this 2 inch frosted line all over the apartment that everybody laughs at. The floors are so thin that if the neighbors upstairs even so much as think of breathing loudly, you'll be waken up. The ants and roaches will keep you a lovely amount of company. You will learn professional extermination while living here. If you hung a bread crumb by a string in the middle of the room, a colony of ants would move in to acquire it.

As far as neighbors go, low class college students have dominated one end, while the ghetto is fighting for power on the other. Now i dont mind partying, but i DO mind a 7000 watt stereo being abused every day of the week when i work a sometimes intense 9-5 job. Those were the classier neighbors. Upon moving, i was served a subpoena for the previous tenant, while being awaken at 11:30 when the women 2 apartments down found her husband sleeping with her cousin. One of her 75 cousins no doubt.

this is the type place your family wouldnt visit you in. BUT, should you want to visit me, come on in! The back door doesnt even lock!

Trust me, buy your own coffin and die in it before moving in anything "progressive management" manages.
