Colony house apts though once the nicest place in town has been allowed to run down due to the lack of concern and funds from progressive management.
The only saving graces are the size of the apartments/the view of the bay/the good area that the complex was built in....far superior to most of the properties owned by progressive management
Most of the carpeting is old and badley worn
the built in appliances are from the late 70's and often do not operate properly....It is hard to find the property manager at any time of the day.

The grounds are kept cut but that is all that is done to them.

bay front apt are also managed by progressive. the grounds look terriable.the outside of the apt's is terriable looking.need painting or throughly cleaned. the stairs are sad. either rotting or rusty. and you can not see the bay from your patio because of all the growth. swimming pool is most always nasty and shut down.up keep is pitiful on this complex.
