600 sq. ft. for $489. No noise, no kids that I've seen yet, tucked away so no crime I would think--residents I've met said no complaints. The buildings seem to be well taken care of. Electric bills are about $60-65 a month but no central AC (blessing since few apt. complexes clean the ducting, which allows for little dust) or dishwasher. My sinuses are a lot better here than the last place because of it. Lots of trees. Nice windows in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Deposits reasonable. They don't tolerate noise or partying like others I've lived at in Pensacola. No pool but the one at my last wasn't kept clean so I don't miss it. Lots of parking that I've seen. Within 2 miles (about 5 minutes) of WalMart and Winn Dixie so very convenient. It's just a simple, clean apartment. My cat loves the windows. I'd definitely recommend it for a single person or a couple. All 1 bdrms so hard to have kids. Residents are extremely friendly and seems to be all late 30s-up, which is real nice. I'd definitely recommend it over the two other "expensive" ($625-650) but not well-kept places I lived at here. Oh, it has ample phone jacks and electric outlets all over. It also allows more cable outlet installs if two not there already--no need for more than two but they'll let you. And, they stay full so you'll be lucky to get one. Based on limited experience, if 2 or 4 available, that is rare--and then they rent quick. Insulation is great. I turned off the ACs overnight and it kept cool.
