Noisy, rude (throwing rocks at our window, banging on our door, calling us names when we asked them to stop), unsupervised children prevent sleeping in on weekends. Water-logged ceilings collapsed in 2 of our rooms when we lived upstairs. They never fixed it, so we moved out. Previously, we had lived in a downstairs apt that flooded every time it rained. You see a lot of police cars cruising the parking lot. Other than that, it is a great location, being right across the street from Cordova Mall. Surrounding neighborhoods are pretty nice.
