	the apartments are not that bad, they have aged over the years but they have always been there to repair our problems right away. About the children they are a little noisey at times that would be my only complaint.

	Noisy, rude (throwing rocks at our window, banging on our door, calling us names when we asked them to stop), unsupervised children prevent sleeping in on weekends. Water-logged ceilings collapsed in 2 of our rooms when we lived upstairs. They ... more
