The only good point was moving out.

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
The only good thing about the apartment was the size. The management and maintenance team should have been replaced. When you needed something fixed it was always fixed half-@ssed or not fixed at all. We had maintenance come in to have the bathroom repaired because the bathroom above us leaked and they lost our cat. A tropical storm flooded our apartment and they never cleaned the carpet. They just sucked up the water after 3 days. Imagine the smell. Not to mention the pervert who would come around and flash his self. Over all the best thing was when the lease was up. I wouldn't let my dog live there!
