I guess alot of people just don't understand how apartment living works. I used to work for a complex so I know what the staff has to deal with. I've lived here for three years and have enjoyed my stay here. They did a great job during the hurricane and most of the reapirs here have been completed already while more than half the town still has blue roofs. Yeah, its not the BEST neighborhood in town but I never felt unsafe. You gotta remember that you get what you pay for. If you're only paying 500 a month you have to expect that you won't be getting new carpet and appliances.
