I am forced to live here right now because I have no where else to go. They don't want to repair items that are broken. I've been here two years and have not been in the pool because all of the neighborhood around the corner and down the street are in it. The pool is always nasty. The laundry room is nasty. I don't want to wash my clothes in there because I'm afraid they won't be clean. I can here my neighbors upstairs having sex. The dog up there is always running across the floor. The parking lot is always dirty. My window on my car was broken one night and I have no idea who did it. The neighbors have about 8 cars. There are cars sitting in the parking lot that don't work. People leave trash on the patios. They go up on the rent $50 every year. Don't believe any pictures you see of Royal Crap. Go see for yourself!!! I have nothing positive to say about Royal Crap!!!!!!!! The only thing I can say is the lady that is in the office right now (9/29/05) she is very nice and tries to get things done but there is a lot of mess that the others left. Oh yeah, i'm not sure how many managers we've had since I moved in. Maybe about 8.
