Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
police pursuits ending on my lawn w/ a violent arrest, bugs, filth, worst neighbors ever: loud, obnoxious, etc...paper thin walls make for high noise and energy costs due to AC leaking out...little kids, 5-6 yrs old playing outside, loudly 24/7...icecream truck, playing it's song for hrs...
