My husband and I have been living in Royal Crest Apartments for almost six months now. When we went to view the apartment roaches greeted us at the door. I was so shocked. We have a three year old daughter and a baby on the way. When we told the manager about the pest patrol problems her response was "already". We have sprayed and had to have them spray numerous times. The parking lot is ridiculous, never anywhere to park, the children slide from the pools on the second floor which scares me. Everyone in the surrounding communities gets in the pool. The laundry room is dirty and isnt properly lit. If you have a problem do not ask management it will just tick you off because they never fix anything. My advice is unless you are like us and didn't have anywhere else to go. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!
