I lived in these apartments for a year and that's all I could stand. When we moved in the dishwasher was broken and there was still old water in it that was full of mildew. In the whole year we lived there it never was fixed. The knobs on the shower in the hallway bedroom broke off, they never came to fix it and so when we had guests they had to turn on the shower with a pliers. The laundry room for a few months only had 2 working driers and it took two times to get clothes dry. Fitness center is a joke. BUGS....everywhere. 3 inch cockroaches in our bedroom. Kids playing with stolen grocery carts in the parking lot almost hit our car several times. It is cheap rent, but you get what you pay for.
