I have lived here for almost two years and about the only complaint I have is that my bathroom ceiling is leaking by the fan. I have mentioned this problem to management for five months but so far I have received only promises that it will get fixed. They said that it has been fixed but that they can not check it until it rains again, UNSAT!!! I will definitely be thinking about moving out when my lease is over next year. On the good side, they have been quick with other minor repairs but not with the major ones.
