Moved in and the apt was not cleaned or painted. Carpet is aweful - full of stains. Vinyl is completely worn out as well as the appliances. Continuous problems with the A/C unit - it leaks and the carpet gets wet in the hall and 2 closets. Roaches run wild although an exterminator comes monthly. Can hear neighbors go up and down stairs. Since new manager started last year, things have improved - not as much garbage around the dumpster, old cars removed from the parking lot and some remodeling has been done. But, these apts have a long way to go. May be cheap rent but you get what you pay for!

To The Resident: I want to first say that we are very sorry that you didn't have an Apt. that was turned properly in 2005. This is coming from the current Property Manager. I have tried to walk all occupied apartments since I started here and address any needs prior to my arrival because I want all our residents to be satisfied. New and old residents. If you still live here and would like to continue living here. I would like to see your apt. and see what we can do to make the apt. better for you. I can assure you that we do not lease aptartments now that are not painted, properly cleaned, carpet, vinyl, and maint. needs are all addressed. We have made alot of positive changes within the year that I have been here and with the new management company that we know have. We have very satisfied residents and the apartments look great. As far as pest control this is of great concern to me. If you are having problems please let us know where or what building. I have not received any complaints recently. We are now using a differant company for pest control needs. I know that they are doing a great job. It can also be affected by how your neighbors are living etc. I am very sorry if you have had a bad experience and would like to make it better. If not than know that I very much appreciate your feed back and Thank you for seeing the positive changes.I encourage anyone wanting to lease to come out and take a look for yourselves.
