I have to start off by saying that I lived at Steepleschase about 5 years ago, so changes may have been made. However, I recommend driving thru the property on a weekend to see exactly who lives there! My roommate and I still call it the Ghetto.
From the time we moved in to the time we moved out (which was three months early and still paid rent) we had a roach problem. I mean the little water roaches that once there is an infestation you can not get rid of them(pest control stated that). I would wake up throwing roaches off me in the middle of the night. We were ashamed to have anyone over, and stayed more at our parents homes then at our own. Check it out before you move in, it use to be NASTY, and SCARY!!!!!!
