I am a new resident here and have had a very enjoyable experience so far. The lady in the office that we rented our apartment from was very helpful and professional. I met the manager and she was very nice as well. We should all be happy that we have a place to live. I am an insurance adjuster by trade and know for a fact that there are many in Pensacola that are in far worse shape than us. Plus I'm sure an apartment complex as large as this one isn't locally owned and the management I'm sure is doing the best job they can. Let's look at the bright side, we have a place to live. Some others are still living in trailers and motels. I looked at other apartments and they were far worse, believe me.
