you get what you pay for! its income based what do you expect! the only ones who should be complaing is the ones who actually have to pay full rent

Maybe you should get the facts straight before you post in here. Stoddert place is not income based. The fact is that they have income guide lines that you have to meet in order to get an apartment here. I tried to get an apartment in another place and the rent was much higher for a smaller, less attractive apartment. So please know what you are talking about before you smack your lips!
