I don't know what is happening but Stoddert Place Apts. has gone to the dogs since the new management took over. People are moving out left and right. Repairs are FINALLY being made but it's too little too late. There is another alcoholic in the maintenance dept. now. Anytime he comes out to do work orders, you can't help but tell that he is intoxiccated, The new manager seems to be nice but he doesn't know the residents like the previous manager. There is now a very young girl in the office who seems to continually have a very bad attitude. Whatever happened to our being a community instead of just a money making operation. What happened to all the people(the old staff-maintenance and management) who really cared about the residents who live here. Anybody who considers moving here should really think twice.
