I moved into the complex Nov 2002. I can honestly say it was great at first. The management allowed me to move to a different apt when I noticed things going on in the building I was in that were not, lets say "legal". It wasn't until Hurricane Ivan that things really went down hill. I do understand that the Corp that owns this place had to wait until Insurance money, but over a year later, I was still missing ceiling and carpet. That I could live with, but I started to grow severe mold. It was growing up from the cement slab and the walls in the master bedroom. My husband and I were sick all the time. I also had a leak with my AC that was repaired over 4 times and a week later would be leaking again. We all know that where there is water sitting mold and mildew grow. I ended up breaking my lease because my health was more important. Well, Stoddert did not agree, they kept my deposit. To all those reading, you make your own judgement.
