I absolutely fell in love with these apartments when I first moved into them in 2001: the staff actually cared about you and repairs were done immediately. Well, when Scott (the apartment manager) took another job, the place went to HELL on the express train! The management was so unbelievably UNprofessional, they changed rules at their own conveniences, and worked when they felt like working. After Hurricane Ivan, it was even worse. I understand about waiting on insurance, but I had termites in my apartment and the staff acted like it was no big deal. The ceiling had cracks slowly creeping down the walls, and my A/C would break every two days...Thanks God for answering my prayer of a new job in a new city, I left mid-way through my lease and amazingly I received my security deposit in whole. Overall, I only recommend with caution...
