I have lived here for three years and in that time I have seen this place take a turn down hill. Some renters are allowed to get cable from outside stoddert and some can not. The cable here is a nightmare and no one seems to want to fix it. I had a rent increase this year and expected at the most maybe 20.00 more a month. It was 65.00 a month and I was told if i didnt like it i could move. The front of the complex looks nice but as you drive into it you will find more trash on the ground and the ponds look bad. I could not recommend anyone else to move it. Hopfully maybe one day again I can.
