Nothing is ever inforced and often looks neglected. Trash is constantly over flowing from the compacter, people park illegally, rent goes up but no maintaince to interior of apartments and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing and I mean everything. The management team has no idea what they are doing, are rude and extremley lazy. Think twice about moving in, yes they look great but the hassels aren't worth it.
