Well , what i didn't like about the place is the price was getting up and no changes happened , and seriously the price doesn't match the quilty , and the greatest advantige this complax has is the fact that it's the nearest one to the base only . and about the survices i had a problem with the dryer and washing mechine and i kept asking for months till i left without getting it fixed , and the TV i had a cable and my nighboor couldn't for some reason , ''''
