I had lived at this place for about four years. I don't really have anything bad to say about the community who live there. However, on the management side, I can't really think on anything good to say. Well, it was good when we first moved in and Scott was still managing the place. After the new management took over, everything went downhill.
I remember one time when Scott was still the manager that I complained about my heater not working. That was Christmas' Eve. At that same night, someone came to my apartment and I fixed it.
Well, when the new management took over, I complained about my AC not blowing cold air. .. it took them three days to come and check what the problem was and one more day to fix it. There are others issues I can think about the management, but I'd rather not post them here.
Be sure to check other places before you move in to Stoddert. There are better and worse places.. be sure to ask from people who live there what they think, it's very important.

I have been living here sense 2003 and you are right with each management change it gets worse. Scott was a good manager.

This place is pretty much a slum. Outside looks okay. That's how they lure you in. But inside it's a different story.
