There are always going to be negative things said when people are unhappy and miseable, but I'm here to inform the public that Stoddert Place is indeed a place to raise a family. I been residing here for 3 years and 6 months. I have never had an insect problem in my apartment. When I report any malfunctions in the apartment, the maintenence department is answering my call and the response is within 24 hours for the repair. Neighbors lookout for each other. The hospitality is cordial and a genuine respect for the tenants are exhibited by the Staff. I would recommend Stoddert Place Apartment Complex to anyone who is looking to find a place they would be Proud to call HOME.

I am military and I have lived here for about 6 months and I am not especially happy here. I do see bugs frequently. I have a nice neighbor but for the most part I see a lot of disrespectful people here. Trash littering around the dumpster area and the people here can be noisy at times. Mostly at night.

The message from " charlottetiger" does seem a little concockted. Perhaps an attempt from managment even the keel?
