OKAY. LETS GET TO THE POINT, NO MESSING AROUND. APARTMENTS ARE GROSS,FILTHY...THE (SCUM POND) IS WORSE. THE POOR DUCKS. THE PARENTS OF SOME OF THE KIDS LET THEM RUN AROUND AS EARLY AS 5:30AM SCREAMING AND YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING IN EVERYONES APARTMENT. I CAN TELL YOU THE LAST TIME MY NEIGHBORS "DID IT". IT IS SO CRAZY THE WAY THEY MAKE UP RULES AT THE DROP OF A DIME. YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AT THIS PLACE, ITS LIKE BEING IN A NIGHTMARE. TOO MANY DRUG DEALS, AND DOMESTIC PROBLEMS. ITS ALOT OF LOW INCOME EVEN THOUGH THEY REALLY DONT CALL IT THAT. IF YOU PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET FOR RENT, YOUR NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO GIVE A MOMENT TO. NOTHING WORKS RIGHT, EVERYTHING STINKS, EVEN IF ITS YOUR NEIGHBORS APARTMENT. (SOMETHING TO PONDER) KNOW WHAT I KEEP FINDING IN MY DISHWASHER' RICE....UMMM, WE DONT EAT RICE, NEVER HAVE...STAY AT THE HOMELESS SHELTER, THE AMENITIES ARE WAY BETTER.

Umm, no. You probably work here. Maybe your one of the 85 people here that don't even have to pay for the apartment, THE GOVERNMENT AND US THE TAX PAYERS DO!

The management is crappy, at best. I cannot think of one good thing to say about them. How do they look at themselves in the mirror every day knowing they steal a paycheck every week for a job NOT well done. They should be asking themselves "How did I get this pathetic"? Oh and dimond042069, Your spelling and lack of punctuation is horrible. Very hard read. This proves to me that you work for Stoddert Place. LMAO
