I've been here for a few months & it is nice so far. It is quiet most of the time. It's pretty clean. The manager Melissa is nice and seems to be doing a good job. The office is open long hours & someone is always there. The maintenance guy is very helpful. They have a free tanning bed which I love! It's the nicest place I've rented in Pensacola so far this is my 4th apartment in this city.
