I am military and have lived in 4 different apartments in 7 years. This is by far the best. The apartment itself is very nice, but what sets Sweetwater apart from all the others is the staff. They are on a first name basis with the entire complex and really are a part of the community. Maintenance is awesome as well. When my ice maker went out, I had a new one in under 2 hours. If you're tired of all the normal apartment complex BS, give Sweetwater a try!

I completely disagree with this statement. Sweetwater took MONTHS to reply to a consistent roach problem. The day we did our walkthru, in the beginning, there were five roaches on the walls and three crawled out from under the countertops in the kitchen. It only got worse. Kim told me, "Oh yea, Sweetwater was built on a roach burial ground."
