Because they are the ones who apparantly wrote the 3 previous reviews!
Small, small apartments. Bare minimum of service. Staff seems inexperienced and unmotivated. Since Hurricane Ivan apartment dwellers are lucky to find anything with a modicam of services and amenities, and quality has gone way down overall, but this place just exceeds all expectations of poor quality.
