Can you say overpriced, unfair, and ridiculous''' well, if you can say all that, then you can say, "Sweetwater Apartments". Their rates go up every 6 months, and not just a little bit, but a 50 to 100 dollar a month jump. No joke. The management is greedy, inconsiderate, and rude. They are dishonest, and they will try to suck every bit of money out of you for every little thing. when you move out, don't expect to get your deposit back...even if you keep your apartment immaculate, they'll find some dumb excuse as to why you're not getting a full refund.

There are so many nice apartments in the Pensacola area, with great communities and nice people for far less money. I would highly encourage anyone to find a different apartment complex.

Don't be fooled!!! Sweetwater will try to lure you in with their "personal gym", and "business office", and "tanning bed". Once you sign on, you realize that the "gym" is just two treadmills and a half ass weight bench. the "business office" is ONE computer...YES, ONE computer! And it's locked up, if you want to use it, you have to ask permission, and hope that no one else is using it. the tanning bed...is just a tanning bed...nothing great about it. the catch about the "office" and tanning bed is this: You can only use these things from 9-5 during the work week!!! Ridiculous right' It's true! At 5 o'clock they close everything..so by the time you get off work, and get home and want to go use the tanning bed that YOU PAY FOR with your 1,000 a month rent...it's closed and locked up! Oh, well...to bad. Guess you'll never be able to use that tanning bed.

All in all...Sweetwater Apartments is garbage. Don't live there. You'll hate it. They say that you can have a dog there, which is one of the reasons why I chose to live there, but they're so strict on dog rules, that it's pointless. And they send you threatening notes and like cowards, leave them on your door.

Sweetwater sucks!!! Save your money and find a different place to live.

I absolutely agree with everything written in this review. I lived in Sweetwater for one year with two other roomates and it was an absolute nightmare. We began counting down the days until our lease was up. Kim and Shannon should have a much needed staff meeting and discuss what needs to be told to tennants with problems concerning their apartments before talking to them. On several different occasions Shannon would tell us one thing and then Kim would say something totally different. I don not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Go across the street to Oakley.
