I am a resident here at Sweetwater and would like to address other comments made agianst them. I looked around, priced other apartments like everyone should, Sweetwater is right in line with all the other apartments. I have been here long enough for my rent to be increased and i dont know where they came up with $50- $100 dollars
$15 dollars is more like it. The comments on Sweetwater sucks has so many holes in it, there are two treadmills, an oliptical trainer, bike, and the whole nautilis deal in the weight room, i guess if you dont like the hours for the FREE tanning bed you could go join somewhere that also has set hours and Ive used the fax machine in the office (long distance i might add) several times. One last thing, I am glad that Sweetwaters policy on pets is strict if not people like them would be letting there dogs run free to poop every where and the rest of us could just step all in it.
Bottom line is Sweetwater's staff, all of them have been good to me and i dont believe they deserve to be misrepresented in the manner that they have been on this sight.

Right, so I see it says you ARE a resident... wait until you try to move out. Kim and Shannon will suck every last penny you have-- and for WHAT!? Sweetwater was a NIGHTMARE.

Free tanning bed? You don't think you payed for that ONE tanning bed? Think again. As far as Sweetwater's staff goes, I will say that Shannon is the nicer of the two. However, she is a bumbling idiot who doesn't know about half the information she tells residents. Kim is a $itch, plain and simple. Don't expect any sympathy from them when you are moving out and want your deposit back. Good luck with that.
