The Sweetwater apartments are a great place to live. People may think the rent is high but it's not. The grounds are kept clean and the amenities are new and kept clean (as long as the previous user cleaned them). The management does a good job at keeping peace and enforces all rules. The apartments are a little smaller than normal and the floorplans aren't as nice as I've seen elsewhere. Utilities are very low. These apartments are gated and provide a sense of security. The noise level is kept at a minimum, due to strict rules on parties.

I'd recommend Sweetwater for someone who is looking for a secure, quiet, peaceful living. The rules are in place for a reason.

People may think the rent is high? That's because it is and it's getting higher and higher. Since the price is so high you would think they would be able to make more much needed parking spaces instead of making their tennants and their tennants guests park on the street that is next to the apartment. How safe is it having to walk from the street (through bushes) at night to get to your apartment? Gated enteries, especially if the entire apartment complex is not fenced in, don't keep out criminals.
