I was treated great by everyone. I lived there for 2 years and I would not have lived anywhere else in the area. Shannon is awsome, if ur nice to her she will help u out. I was allowed to have my puppy and he used the carpet as a bathroom. They charged a little extra for cleaning the carpet, but I thought I was gona have to replace it. All of my neighbors were nice. There are all different types of people and they mostly keep to themselves. If you are looking for a nice community with a mid-level price tag this is the place. If you want to pay a little extra check out the new phase of govenors gate parking sucks and it's expensive, but nice. Whatever you do don't go to the fountains unless you really like being around drunk college kids that like to fight.
